Cub Scouting

Cub Scouting is a parent led program which includes a variety of group, family and individual activities.  Cub Scouts get to wear a uniform, earn patches, go to summer camp, and race Pinewood Derby cars!  The activities in the Cub Scout program are designed with the larger goal to contribute to moral, physical, and intellectual development.

A Cub Scout pack includes boys in grades K-5, each of which is also part of a Den:

1st grade – Tigers

2nd grade – Wolves

3rd grade – Bears

4th grade – Webelos I

5th grade – Webelos II

Tiger Cubs is a year-round, family and home-centered program.  These boys participate in the program with their adult partners.  The activities emphasize learning about the community, family understanding and learning about scouting.

Cub Scouts is a year-round family- and home-centered program with a focus on moral, physical and intellectual development.  Activities emphasize character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness.

Webelos Scouts participate in more advanced activities that prepare them to become Boy Scouts.
