Join Us in Cub Scouting!
Are you looking for an after-school activity for your first-fifth grade boy? Something that focuses on Family, Learning New Skills, and Creating Strong Friendships? Then Cub Scout Pack 902 may be just what you are looking for. Pack Leaders work with Parents to create a fun and rewarding atmosphere for the boys to learn new and exciting things while making lasting friendships.
Cub Scouting means "doing". Everything in Cub Scouting is designed to have the boys doing things.
Activities are used to achieve the aims of Scouting—citizenship
training, character development, and personal fitness. Many of the
activities happen right in the den and pack. The most important are the
weekly den meetings and the monthly pack meetings.
In addition to the fun and excitement of Cub Scout activities, the Cub Scout Promise, the Law of the Pack, and the Cub Scout Sign, Handshake, Motto, and Salute, ALL teach good citizenship and contributes to a boy's sense of belonging
Cub Scouts Meet Here!
Pack 902 primarily operates out of Tadlock and Sem Elementary Schools, but is happy to welcome any boy who wants to join scouting! We currently have our meetings at Sem Elementary. We have two den meetings a month (usually the first 2 Tuesday's of each month), where the Scouts work on activities to complete requirements and earn badges/belt loops. Then we have one Pack meeting a month (the 3rd Tuesday) to gather as a group to share our adventures and present awards.
