Based out of N. Fort Worth, Texas - Troop 362 is an LDS based troop centered on an active scouting experience where the boys (and sometimes the adults) learn life-long leadership, citizenship and personal responsibility in an outdoor "laboratory" using a proven program for personal advancement through team based activities and success. A boy led experience is one of our primary expectations for the troop.
We welcome any boy in grades 6th - 12th (ages 12-18) and their parents to join us for our troop meetings held every Tuesday evening starting at 7:00pm at the LDS Chapel building (500 W. Bonds Ranch Rd, Fort Worth, TX.). You do NOT have be a member of the church to join the Troop and we encourage any Webelos dens that are interested in helping their boys find a quality unit nearby, to consider us for their next troop visit. Please contact Tom Nelson (t.d.nelson@hotmail.com) to schedule a night for your boys to come check out the troop and possibly join us on a weekend campout.
Because we believe in keeping the family close as the boys move through this pivotal time in their lives, we openly encourage all parents to join us for all Troop activities and monthly campouts.
