We are a multi-level troop consisting of Brownie, Junior and Cadette Girl Scouts based out of Elgin, Illinois.  We are sponsored by St. Laurence Catholic School in Elgin. Troop 44 is a member of Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois Council.

Our mission is to help our girls become the women of tomorrow by teaching them to be strong, independent and confident girls and to live life helping and being kind to others.
