Pack 866, part of the San Diego Imperial Council of Boy Scouts of America, is based in Imperial Beach, CA. The pack has over 20 members in first through fifth grade from the local community and new members always welcome. The pack holds monthly pack meetings as well as a number of camping, outdoor, community service and other activities throughout the year. 

Pack 866’s Charter Organization is the St. James Lutheran Church and pack meetings are held at the Church the first three Tuesdays of the month.
