Hello, Welcome to the Pack 144, Somerset, WI Cub Scout web page. My name is David Kinde, and I am the New Cub Master for our Pack in 2015. My role is to provide fun and effective monthly meetings and work with your Den Leaders on programs and activities.
Somerset Cub Scouts is a great program full of camping, activities, projects and friendship. Our Pack generally meets the third Monday of each month during the school year. Our meeting place is the Somerset Elementary School Commons. During the summer, we try and meet once or twice a month at someplace in St. Croix or Polk counties, taking advantage of all the great resources we have at our disposal.
We are chartered by St. Anne’s Church, and open to every boy in the area from Kindergarten to 5th grade (generally ages 6 – 11). Your son will be grouped up in a Den from between 6 – 9 boys in the same grade or age grouping. Den meetings are held at the location provided by your den leader, and generally meet 1 or 2 times a month.
If you have a son that likes adventure, sports, activities, crafts, camping and the outdoors, do we have the program for your son. Ask around, or hit the “Contact Us” button and one of our Leaders will definitely follow up with you. We’re glad you found our home, and, since boys can join our Pack at any time, we are ready and waiting for your son to jump on board.
