Overnight at the Museum of Science

Pack 3 is planning to have an Overnight at the Museum of Science in Boston on Friday, February 5th.  Come join us!  Let your Scout's Den Leader know you and your Scout are interested and we can sign you up.  The cost is $62.50 per person, and we need one parent for each Scout.

An overnight at the Museum of Science is a special program that inspires children to discover science in fun and educational ways. Campers have an opportunity to sleep on the floors of the Museum Exhibit Halls and participate in activities after the Museum closes. A typical Overnight stay includes a variety of hands-on science activities, demonstrations, a Planetarium show, and Omni film, and time to explore the Museum with chaperones.

Plan to check in at 5 o'clock PM, also plan to leave at 11 o'clock am the next morning. Parking is available in the upper levels of the Museum Garage. Public Transportation is also available.

For more information go to www.mos.org/overnights.

At this site you can watch a helpful video to prepare you for your overnight stay and also download the Overnight Program Survival Manual.
