A Scout
is
Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient,
Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent.
The Scout Law is a creed and a very powerful one at that. While rarely perfect, Scouts strive to achieve and live these virtues every day. The Scout Law is what sets the Scouting program and the Scout apart from his peers. When you see a Scout in uniform you have a certain expectation and that expectation is based on the tenants of the Scout Law.
The Troop 11 Scouting program does not focus soley on attaining merit badges. While an important part of any Scouts development, we prefer a more holistic approach. An approach that is more about doing and actively learning through adventure, camraderie, new experiences and fun.
