Pack 262 meets as a Pack once a month at Westwood Elementary School. Dens meet two to three times a month at Westwood Elementary unless otherwise specified.

Pack 262 is a member of the Pathfinder District of the Crossroads of America Council. Pack 262 participates in the annual popcorn sale as well as hosting its own events including , the raingutter regatta, the pinewood derby and the Blue and Gold banquet.

The cub scouts of Pack 262 also enjoy getting together at camp. The Tigers, Wolves and Bears go to camp together. The Webelos scouts have their own camp. The Webelos stay overnight the entire time at camp, while the Tigers, Wolves, and Bears are welcome to stay overnight at their camp on Friday.
