All new scouts are required to complete an application.

Annual Pack 860 Dues are $130 a year, $65 in October and $65 in February for Pack dues, which includes facility rentals, entertainment, rockets, derby cars, regatta boats, belt loops, patches, trophies and prizes. 

There is an annual BSA fee of $27 paid in February by each Scout.  This covers BSA registration, insurance, and Boys Life Magazine.  For Tigers joining in September the fee is prorate to $13.50 to cover from Sept to Feb.
