Venturing is a co-ed branch of boy scouts. It is open to anyone from age 14 (or 13 and having completed the 8th grade) to age 21. It's purpose is to provide positive experiences to help youth mature and become caring adults.
Venture Crew 313 was founded on January 2012, by a small group of 7 youth, both boys and girls. We're still somewhat small today, but we're always looking for new members. We're currently located in South Lyon, MI.
We participate in many events, from campouts and high adventure outings to simply visiting local establishments (like the DIA). We have a lot of fun and we mature along the way.
