Adult leaders wear khaki shirt and olive pants or shorts. Women also have the option of wearing a culottes type skirt or if they are den leaders the yellow blouse with navy pants, shorts or culottes. Adult leaders may wear bolo ties such as the one with Garfield, or a leader neckerchief - there are specific ones with yellow trim for Den Leader and Webelos Den Leader.
Patches for your uniform: the American Flag (usually on uniform when you buy it), Otetiana Council patch, numerals 1 and 4 (Pack numbers), patch with your den number if you are a den leader, your position patch such as Den Leader, Cubmaster, Committee Member. After you are trained, you'll sew on your trained patch below your position patch. Patches which may be worn on the uniform are the World Crest, Quality Unit Award, a temporary patch such as from the Cuboree and the knots you have earned such as awards for Den Leader and Cubmaster. There are also knots if you earned a religious award, Arrow of Light or Eagle as a scout. Warning, do not glue the Quality Unit Award or temporary insignia on the uniform as they change yearly.
