Detailed Order Report for magazine sales and additional online chocolate/nut promises

• This report MUST be submitted (in person or via email) to the TC&MPM to enter in all valid magazine orders and online promises for chocolate/nut items. Without this report troops cannot enter magazine sales or chocolate/nut promises to count towards girl rewards or troop proceeds.

Completed Address Booklet, I per girl. Enter the number “1” in the space provided in Nut-E for each girl with a completed book; 10 names & Addresses.

The QSP online magazine site will remain open to afford troops the opportunity to earn additional proceeds on subscriptions still being purchased. No girl rewards are earned on these sales.

I will  NOT DISTRIBUTE REWARDS UNTIL THEY HAVE RECEIVED VALIDATED DEPOSIT SLIPS CLEARING A TROOP’S BALANCE. Rewards should not be issued until all financial obligations have been satisfied.

When making deposits into the GSGATL account (using the pre-printed deposit slips provided by the SUC&MPM), troops should withhold troop proceeds and only pay the amount due to GSGATL.

                                              Completed Address Booklet - 1 per girl - Enter "1" in space provided in Nut-E 
October 18 last day to enter girl/troop orders and make reward selections in Nut E 
    you will be locket out at 11:59 PM -
only deposits can be logged and updated after this time - all ordering capabilities for girls and troops will be disabled. 
Any online orders recevied after this date will be tracked by GSGATL and will only earn additional proceeds for the Troop
No girl rewards will be earned on items not entered in Nut E by this deadline

November 9-12 is when chocolate and nut orders will be delivered to Christina - she will advise when they are available for you

November 11 rewards are shipped during this week - only validadted deposit slips totaling the troop's balance due GSGATL will receive rewards

Dec 3 last day troops can log/update deposits in NutE.  All money is due to GSGATL for chocolate & Nut items sold by this date

December 6 - Girl rewards distributed to Troops who have confirmed their balance paid to GSGATL with validated deposit slips

December 8 - Troop Final Paperwork is due to Christina -  2 copies of deposit slips (validated)

December 15 QSP site for online magazine orders will close to customers
