Beaver Creek Preserve Camp
Formerly a Rod & Gun Club, Beaver Creek Preserve is now owned by the Beaver Creek Preserve Board and maintained by Troop 37. It is located nearby in East Nantmeal Township near Glenmoore about 20 minutes from the Elverson Borough Hall. Beaver Creek Preserve is meadow surrounded by woodlands.
The camp is primarily used by Troop 37 but it is being made available to other scout troops. Please contact Vince Malcom at vincem@krats.com if you would like to arrange an outing at Beaver Creek Preserve and complete the Beaver Creek Reservation form. This is private property, so please make proper arrangements before attempting to use. Also please clean-up after any use (leave no trace).
Facilities
- Parking - in grass at the top of the field by entrance
- Moderate size pavilion - includes tables and lights (powered with your own generator if desired)
- A grill may be available
- A number of picnic tables close to pavilion
- Small burn pit for campfire etc. (make sure leaves and debris are cleared away before starting fire)
- Sloped area for amphitheater-like events
- Open meadow for camping
- Flag poles
- NO well for potable water (need to bring own water)
