Each Scout is to wear their Vest at all official scouting events.  Each scout will need to have their initial patches placed on the vest before wearing.  these patches are the American Flag, Council Patch (Mountains to Midlands), Troop #(1016), Insignia Tab with Trefoil and Membership Level Pin on it.  Daisy Scouts have the addition of the Daisy Petals ( They will place a petal on their vest after they meet the corresponding Flower friend.)
