All adult leaders (including committee members) need to take the online training courses This is Scouting and Youth Protection.  All courses, particularly, the Youth Protection course must be updated every two years.  Every adult leader should also take the additional online or in-class courses for their position.

It is highly recommended that you print a copy of your completed certificate in the event that the computer does not give you credit.  The Great Rivers Council staff can help you get the credit if there is a problem.

You may start taking the courses before you are registered and then the data can be transferred to your account when you are registered.  Please don't delay!

The Great Rivers Council offers numerous training opportunities.  Cub Scout Leaders and Committee members are considered TRAINED only after they have completed the online training for Youth Protection, This Is Scouting, Leader Specific Fast-Start training, and the non-online (hands-on) Leader Specific Training offered by the council.  It is the goal of Pack 703 to have 100% of the adult leaders TRAINED.
