Hello from the Wolf Den! We are in second grade or are 8 years old. We are a bit more comfortable in our scouting experience but still appreciate parents to be active with us. This year we can be expected to start learning about some basic utility knots and tools. We are starting to become more active and more responsible. We try to help each other as much as possible and sometimes depend on older Scouts to help us with things.

Wolf year is a very exciting year because, as we progress, we are given more opportunity to explore topics and activities that interest us. We have more options and a greater voice within the Den and the Pack. We just can't wait to get started! Unlike Tiger year, we are not required to have an adult partner at every meeting but don't be shy, we always appreciate guidance. We are taking the first tentative steps into independence in Scouting.
