If you are interested in joining Pack 205, please come out to one of our Den Meetings and give us a try!  You can call our Cub Master, Mike Sharkey, first, or just come on out! His number is 235-7290. The best way to see what a den meeting is like, is to come to a den meeting on the second or third Tuesday of the month.

Have you decided that Pack 205 is for you? Then you will need to fill out an application and submit it with your registration and dues to Kerry Stevens. She has the Welcome Packets and can answer any questions you may have.

What is the Registration and Dues?  Registration and Dues are usually collected together in the Fall.

Registration is the fee that the Boy Scouts of the USA charges to enroll your son in scouting. This is a yearly fee that runs January - December and it is due with our Re-charter in December of each year.  For the year 2014, the cost is $24.00 

Dues is the scout year fee (September-May) that remains with the Pack. This fee covers the cost of insurance, leader registrations, a den allowance, camping trips, awards and patches, and various other Pack activities. For the 2013-14 year, the dues are $26.00.

Are there other fees?

Each boy is expected to have a Cub Scout uniform. This consists of a shirt with insignia, and a nice pair of pants. An explanation of what to buy is in the Welcome Packet. It is also suggested that boys have a belt for their earned belt loops, and a handbook for their rank. The scout's first neckerchief is provided to him by our Pack.
