Get Trained!
The success of the Crew depends on each member, both the youth and the adults, having a clear understanding of their responsibilities and knowing how to do their jobs. The BSA provides a variety of training courses that will help you learn what you need to know. Some training courses are available online, others are taught in a classroom setting.
What training do you need?
Each leadership position in the Crew has some required training and some optional training. Required training should be completed before you start acting in your new responsibilities. Optional training can be completed later on or as it is needed. Use the information provided here to become familiar with what training you need to complete and follow the links from this page to online training courses or to find dates and times for classroom courses.
