The Webelos program is for boys who are in Grade 4 and 5 or age 10 or 11.  Before earning the Webelos badge, they must complete the Bobcat badge requirements.

In Grade 4, Cub Scouts will complete the requirements for the Webelos badge:
1.  Be an active member of your Webelos den for at least 3 months.
2.  Complete each of the Webelos required adventures with your den or family.
    a.  Cast Iron Chef
    b.  Duty to God and You
    c.  First Responder
    d.  Stronger, Faster, Higher
    e.  Webelos Walkabout
3.  Complete two Webelos elective adventures of your den or family's choosing.
4.  With your parent or guardian, complete the exercises in the pamphlet "How to Protect Your Children from Child Abuse:  A Parent’s Guide" and earn the Cyber Chip award.


In Grade 5, Cub Scouts will complete the requirements for the Arrow of Light badge.  This is the highest rank in Cub Scouts and the only Cub Scout badge that can be worn on a Boy Scout uniform.
1.  Be active in your Webelos den for at least 6 months.
2.  Complete each of the Webelos required adventures with your den or family.
    a.  Build a Better World
    b.  Duty to God in Action
    c.  Outdoorsman
    d.  Scouting Adventure
3.  Complete at least one Webelos adventure with your den or family.
4.  With your parent or guardian, complete the exercises in the pamphlet "How to Protect Your Children from Child Abuse: A Parent's Guide" and earn the CyberChip award.
