Beginning June 2015 the Boy Scouts of America has decided to do away with the Cub Scout Promise and Law of the Pack. In its place Cub Scouts will learn and say the Scout Oath and Scout Law. It has gained the name 1 Oath 1 Law during the process.
The Cub Scout Motto "Do your best", along with the Handshake and Cub Scout Sign will remain the same.
The Scout Oath:
On my honor I will do my best
To do my duty to God and my country
and to obey the Scout Law;
To help other people at all times;
To keep myself physically strong,
mentally awake, and morally straight
The Scout Law:

Helpful,
Friendly,
