Each Scout and Parent attending resident or day camp is required to complete and bring with them an updated medical form.

If you are attending Cub World, Gilbert Ranch or Day Camp, then complete only Sections A and B.

If you are attending Adventure Cove (or any event lasting longer than 72 hours) then complete all Sections A, B, & C.

NOTE: According to Oregon State Law, every prescription and OTC medicine brought to camp must be turned in to the health officer. Please clearly mark with your name and pack #38, and place in a ziploc bag. The only exceptions are inhalers, epi-pens, and nitro (or other emergency-related medicines).

All Scout parents are encouraged to read the Leadership Guides for their Scout's respective camp. Please take the time to review them because they answer almost all questions. If you still need info, feel free to contact your den leader or Jason Luty (jluty@minetfiber.com).

PARENTS: If you plan to attend ANY overnight activity with your Scout, please complete the Youth Protection Training online (good for 1 year). This program protects your Scout and educates our entire Pack Adult Leadership. Follow directions below:

1. Go to myscouting.org and create an account. (You do not need a membership id to create an account and complete YP.)

2. From myscouting.org portal, click on E-learning and take the Youth Protection training.

3. Upon completion, print the certificate. Place one of the cards in your wallet and turn the other card into your den leader.

Scouts in need may apply for financial assistance. The form is available at the scout office, at www.cpcbsa.org and on this website under "campership form."

For scouts in need of assistance with camp fees, please fill out the form linked below. Mail the form to the Portland address identified ont eh form. Pack 38 committee members and den leaders can not collect these forms.  MAIL THEM IN ASAP for the best chance of receiving assistance.

Please provide a copy of any scholarship letter to the treasurer asap.
