We will have a 20x20 Tent with Heat/Generator for our pack to meet in the morning and lunch. This will be built next to our Station we are running. We also need two volunteers to inspect clothing
Tom Brown will be submitting pack info, He will need Event Consent Form Signed, $7.00 Per Scout, $7.00 per adult leader (Just need two leaders per den, others dont need to pay unless wanting patch). Those that register get patch. You can order additional patches if you want. I will be keeping a sign up sheet. This will need to be finalized at our Holiday party to turn in on time. You can email Tom (tomjr@rentalsolutions.net) with who is going. Attached is parent/leader guide and also sign up sheet. We are as a Pack eating lunch and will meet at lunch together. The webelos will be the only scouts that will be with another Troop.
We will have a box trailer leaving Eldersburg area 7:00 to arrive for station setup and tent. If you want to add things to the trailer you can drop off that morning or night before.
Each Den needs Flag, Den Cheer. Please make sure you have correct clothing. Please also sign up for items for event. There will be another email from Alex or Jessica with sign up options.
