Volunteer Meetings are open to ALL Registered Girl Scout Adults: Troop Leaders, Parents, and Volunteers.

Meetings will be held the second Tuesday of the month from 6-7pm at the BlueBonnet Program Center, 3700 W. Waco Drive.

The Girl Scout Shop is currently scheduled to be open until 6 on Tuesdays, so come a little early and check out whats new in the shop.


NEW- if your troop is represented 70% of the Leader Meetings and 70% of the time a Brag Sheet is turned in your troop is eligible for the SU to pay for 1 2015-2016 Registration.

Storage Unit Manager OPEN	·     Re-Organize SU storage located at GS office ·     Update inventory spreadsheets ·     Create a list of generic supplies needed for events ·     Work with Event Coordinators to access supplies needed for events
Secretary OPEN	·     Take minutes at SU meetings and forward to SUD to approve •     Work Sign in Table as SU meeting ·     Add Minutes to Website

PA Coordinator OPEN

•    Coordinating and executing PA rolls at SU events •    Assist PA's with planning events •    Keeps the girls on track to ensure they are successfully completing their tasks at events.

	·     Oversee Product Sales Event ·     Facilitate all aspects of Product Sales Event ·     Train all Troop Coordinators
Sales Coordinator- Area 3 OPEN

		·     Support the Service Unit by being a contact at your local school to help answer questions and direct families to a troop. ·     Refer potential leaders to SUD to interview and coordinate trainings ·     Stay in touch with parents until troop is found or other solution is found Be available (in person, via phone, etc.) ·     Help get registration forms to and from parents if needed. ·     Take flyers to school for rallies and other events when needed. ·     Call school to retrieve numbers of students in class for rally's in August. ·     Help at the Registration Rally  (set up, clean up, run tables, crafts, etc.). ·     Work with troop leaders to place girls in troops & stay informed of troops and openings ·     If unable to locate a troop, discuss with parent other options and invite to events
