Cub Scouts is a fun, family program designed to promote character, fitness, and citizenship. Cub scouting seeks to help parents foster boys' self-esteem and teach cooperation and leadership through games, crafts, sports, skill building, recognition, and other fun activities. Cub Scouts is open to boys from K through 5th grades.
Our goal is to build character and instill lifelong values and spiritual growth.
Pack 88 is chartered by the John M. Perry American Legion Post
and is part of the Hudson Valley Council.
Pack 88 typically gathers as a large (K-5) group once a month in Sparkill, NY, with individual dens meeting several times per month. A den is typically 6-10 scouts grouped by age/rank, each with its own leaders.
Pack 88 has 8 dens for the 2016-2017 year, approximately 60 scouts total.
