Pack 193 follows Kettering City Schools inclement weather policy when determining if a Pack meeting should be canceled. Kettering City School's policy is located at:

In general, if the schools are closed, there is no meeting a notification will be sent out in ScoutLander for rescheduling.
Campouts and Special Events
The organizerleading an event is responsible for determining if cancellation is necessary. Cancellation is possible due to any number of factors such as weather, lack of participation, etc. Cancellation can occur prior to the event, day of the event, or due to the variable weather conditions in Ohio, during the event. Every effort will be made to notify Scouts and parents if an event should be canceled.
