- Get started by completing our short Membership Interest Form. Once you have submitted this a GSCI staff member will contact you with troop information in your area.
- Complete our Girl Scout Membership Registration form and submit to
your location service center. The forms below are fillable pdf
forms.These forms can be filled in with Adobe Reader 10 and above. Just complete the form(s) and email them to our Help Desk
along with your credit card information (name on card, card number,
expiration date, and the three digit CVV number on the back of the
card). The helpdesk staff will then process the order and email or mail
your receipt to you.

- Use the online Girl Membership form or Adult Membership form.
- Register as a new Girl Scout or Adult Volunteer through our eRegistration system.

In Girl Scouts, a girl becomes part of the world’s premier leadership
development program for girls, and the possibilities for fun and
adventure are endless! Girl Scouts is available to any girl age 5 – 17
who accepts the Girl Scout Promise and Law and pays the $15.00 membership fee (financial assistance is available).
Girl Scouts of Central Illinois currently serves over 20,000 girl and
