Pack 127 was first chartered under the Lapeer State Home & Training School on May 31, 1946. It was chartered under the Lapeer State Home & Training School through 1949. There is no other recharter documentation at the council from 1949 until 1971, so it can be assumed the Pack was disbanded some time in 1949.

The pack was then rechartered/reconstituted September 1, 1971 under the Trinity United Methodist Church Men's Club and it has been continuously chartered under the Trinity United Methodist Church Men's Club until present.
