BSA Health Form (Parts A, B, C)
required for participants in any event that exceeds 72 consecutive hours, for all high-adventure base participants, or when the nature of the activity is strenuous and demanding.
(i.e. summer camp and any troop high adventure)
Parts A and B are required for joining the troop.
These, along with payment and the Youth Application are required for any rank advancement.
