Required Forms for Scouts

Girl Scouts requires 3 forms for every girl to participate in Girl Scouts.  Please make sure you have the following forms completed by the first meeting:

Required Forms for Adults

For Adults to volunteer, the Council requires the following forms:
  • Adult Membership - Register Online
  • Volunteer Application
  • Volunteer Disclosure
  • PA State Police Clearance
  • FBI Fingerprinting (if you have lived outside of PA in the last 10 years)
  • Child Abuse Clearance
