We would like to thank you for your interest in joining Pack 140. Please take time and look through the public section of our website. All the good stuff--camping dates, activities, fundraising, etc--is stored on the private section of our website. So, please come down to Oak Grove United Methodist Church on Tuesday at 7:00pm to see what we are all about. Don't worry, it's free to come hang out with us at our Tuesday meetings.
Parents the following paperwork must be turned into the Pack prior to your scout being able to participate in scout related activities:
- Youth Protection Training
- All parents/leaders must have up to date Youth Protection Training.
- Adult Application
- An Adult Application is only required if you are going to volunteer with Pack 140
- Medical Release/Photo Release Form (Per family member)
- A medical & Photo release form is required for all persons that will be participating in scouting activities.
- The pack only requires "yes" or "no" per listed immunization. An immunization record is NOT required.
- This does NOT require a doctor to fill out. You, the parent or guardian will fill it out.
