We have a strong parent volunteer base

 

~We are active in our community

 

 

-         Scouting for Food collection for our Charter’s food pantry

-         Participate in a number of local clean-ups and collections for the needy.

 

~We encourage independence in our scouts based on the values of Scouting, but also require the scout to have an adult partner (parent, grandparent, older sibling, etc) at home that is willing to encourage and support what the scout will have to do outside of regular meetings.

 

~Scouts have opportunities to “earn” their dues and pack fees through fundraisers we provide.

 

~We have more than one fundraiser. Our goal is to minimize the cost to parents.

 

~We encourage trust and faith in God.

 

~Our Pack Meetings are held every Wednesday @ 6:00 pm (except on Holidays)

 

~Den meetings are held one night a week or bi-weekly thru the school year (determined by your Den Leader)

 

~We hold an optional Pack/Pack Family event a month in addition to the Pack meetings. Days for these events are different each month depending on the event being held. These events hold opportunities for advancement for the scouts and mingling opportunities for the families.

 

~Our mission is to teach and practice the 12 Core Values of Scouting and to give our scouts the foundations for lifelong personal values.

~Plus we have LOTS of FUN together!
