TROOP 1605 RED OAK HORSE BARN

We took our Troop to the Red Oak horse barn today for a program that their staff designed to earn our Horse Rider badge (Juniors).  We were there for almost 4 hours and it was so fabulous.  The staff was great, the experience for the girls was just fabulous.  They all loved it, learned all about horse-care and had about an hour on a horse (riding) and getting real instruction.  It was $30/girl and we took 15 girls.  So not inexpensive, but worth every penny.   It was a real "experience".    I would go back there in a heartbeat, and we probably will.
