The crew president is the youth leader of the crew and works with officers and crew members as well as with the adults who supervise and advise the crew. The president is also responsible for representing the crew and assessing officer performance. In addition, the president helps conduct officers' seminars and appoints chairs for specific projects. The president also presents annual reports to the chartering committee that sponsors the crew. -
The crew administrative vice president is responsible for the crew during the president's absence. The administrative vice presidents main responsibility is to lead recruitment and welcome efforts. In addition the administrative vice president is responsible for maintaining the crew advancement chart and crew member and advancement recognition. The administrative vice president is also responsible for opening and closing ceremonies, and is expected to attend all crew activities. -

The crew program vice president manages the program planning process for the crew by collecting and maintaining crew activity files, which list and organize crew interests and activity ideas. The program vice president must not only survey the crew once but must determine crew member interests on an ongoing basis to ensure the crew is successful. The program vice president also provides support for chair and committee members for each activity and maintains an up-to-date crew activity calendar. -
The crew secretary serves as the communications officer for the crew by maintaining membership and attendance records, in addition to handling correspondence and minutes. The secretary is also responsible for coordinating publicity and newsletters for the crew and any activities it participates in. -
The crew treasurer is responsible for maintaining the crew's financial records, as well as monitoring the budget. In addition the treasurer collects and distributes funds for activities and fundraising, as well as keeping the crew informed of its financial status. -
The crew quartermaster is responsible for maintaining the crew's equipment and supplies. The quartermaster is responsible to make sure all field gear is cleaned, dried, and put away in good order and ready for use. The quartermaster tracks missing parts, and makes sure that any damaged equipment is either repaired or replaced. In addition, the quartermaster works with the treasurer and program vice president to make sure the crew has the correct equipment for the crew's activities.
