Troop 71 was established in 1919 and has been in continuous operation in the same location.
We are the longest consecutively running troop in the Portland, Oregon Cascade Pacific Council with over 90 years of scouting!
We have a strong history and a lot of good volunteers intent on modeling positive behavior, teaching scout skills and fostering leadership to our members.
